Butlers at Kirkstall Forge

Join us for a ride to the popular Butlers at Kirkstall Forge

Leaving Hirst Lock we take the path to and over the river popping out on Higher Coach road, then its onto Baildon, Esholt, Guiseley, Carlton lane and the Chevin (there is an option to split into two groups, one heading up Mall lane for a bit off road) regrouping on Bramhope Old lane, then its across Harrogate road turning right onto Occupation lane, then right onto Moor road, up to Cookridge, turning left onto Holt lane and onto Adel and Weetwood crossing the ring road and Headingley, cutting through Beckett Park, zig zagging on cycle paths underpass at Headingley coming out on Vicarage terrace, Morris lane, right onto Vesper lane, out onto A65 then into Kirkstall Forge for lunch

Leaving the cafe we head out to A65 up to Horsforth turning right onto Featherbank lane and up to the ring road, turning left using the new cycle path, then right at the lights onto Fink Hill then left onto Hall lane and follow to A65, using the cycle lane we head up to the lights turning left onto Knott lane then right onto Woodlands drive popping out on Harrogate road and down to Apperley Bridge to pick the towpath back up to Saltaire
