Off road and on trails as much as possible and quieter roads when able. There may be riding on main roads too on the return journey but you will be assisted to navigate junctions. We will have a cafe stop in Heaton Park at the Hidden Gem Cafe. There will be some inclines during the ride but we will always catch our breath afterwards.

Some traffic free areas, some quieter roads and some main roads.

Helmets are compulsory. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Please ensure you have a spare inner tube suitable for your bike and a lock if you have one and that your tyres are pumped up and your bike is in good working order. Please bring some cash or bank card for the cafe.
