A social paced ride suitable for all types of bikes and riders (with the exception of super skinny uber lightweight carbon racers [couple of off road sections nothing really rough though])

A mixture of urban back streets, quiet country lanes and some off road sections.

A puncture repair kit/spare tube(s) drinks and pocket snacks for "on the bike" Money/cards to buy coffee and cake at the stops

We never leave anyone behind
