Starting from - Harrow Park Cunningham Park entrance by notice boards. Be aware that there are road works on Harrow View blocking Cunningham Park - although cyclists can squeeze through with care, HA1 4QW

The ride heads out through Ruslip, Uxbridge and Stoke Common. We enter Burnham Beeches in the top, quieter section and then make our way to the cafe. The return route mainly repeats the outward journey

An out and back ride to Burnham Beeches to look at leaf colour. The date of this ride may change to the 17th if the leaf colour has not changed sufficiently Instead, we will go to St Albans

We use quieter roads and lanes where possible.

A refreshment stop can be made at Burnham Beeches outdoor cafe

Please wear a helmet. Bring spare inner tubes and puncturerepair outfit. Water for the ride and a form of payment for refreshments
