This ride will take us through pleasant rolling countryside to the south and east of Corby and along the southern edge of Rockingham Forest. There is one steep hill. Contact :-- Allan 07547730690
The ride is nearly all on minor country roads, but there is a mile of the A4300 (formerly A43) This is usually quiet as most of the traffic now uses the new A43. There is a very short 30 m.p.h. bit of the A508 through Isham and about 1.5 miles of cycle track.
Our main rest and refreshment break will be at The Old Forge Café, in Cranford.
