Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We're thrilled that you've joined the team raising vital funds to help us in the fight against heart disease. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start way before you cross the start line. That's why we're thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride. Join us on this wonderful 20 mile ride that will really take you to some of the best kept secrets in the Brent Borough! Discover some of the green spaces in Brent, passing by the Welsh Harp Reservoir, Fryent Country Park, Horsenden Hill, the Grand Union Canal, Roundwood Park and Gladstone Park. The ride dips into the surrounding boroughs of Barnet, Ealing and Harrow, where we ride up Harrow on the Hill past Harrow School, visiting St Mary's Church for some wonderful views at the top.
