We will mostly be riding on narrow Cornish country lanes which are quiet but have potholes. There will be views across to the N Cornwall coast. As the roads are narrow we stop if we need to let farm vehicles past. We ask that you to ride in single file and maintain 2 bike lengths from the person in front of you at all times, including at junctions.

There is no planned toilet stop on this route although the toilets at the Week St Mary may be open.

We require you to wear a helmet if you are riding with us. Please make sure that you bike is mechanically sound and that you carry at least one spare inner tube for your bike as well as means to inflate it. Please also bring a bottle of drink to take on your ride and any energy bars or sweets that you might need. To comply with COVID-19 Restrictions please bring gloves and hand sanitiser with you and sanitise your hands before and after your ride. We will have socially distanced refreshments and chat post ride so please bring with you whatever you would like to eat and drink. Refreshments are not to be shared between participants.

We never leave anyone behind
