About the route
An undulating training ride on Cornish Country lanes and B roads with 2 short A road sections.
The forecast is sunny, there will be views across N Cornwall, including Bodmin Moor and the verges are springing into life with wild flowers.
The roads will have potholes and some gravel patches so please bring a spare inner tube for you bike and means to inflate it, just in case.
