The route back will skirt around the black mountains and head down the golden valley from Hay to Craswall, then onto Longtown and then to Llanvihangel for lunch. We continue then down to Bettws Newydd and Llancayo back to Usk.

We return on day 2 from Hay on Wye back to Usk.

We will cycle on lanes, cycle paths and some busier roads at times.

We will have lunch at the skirrid Inn at Llanvihangel CC.
