Breeze to Osterley

This ride takes us south along quiet roads and though parks to National Trust property, Osterley. You don't need to be a member to use the cafe, and the toilets are open. We'll return along the canal. There are some portions on road, so this is not a ride for complete beginners. We always go at the pace of the slowest. Bring water, money for the cafe and a bike lock. Cards are a good idea as many places don't take cash. Please ignore the standard note below - this is not a festive ride!

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we will ride single file at a social distance. Please bring hand sanitiser and don't come if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.

A special festive ride to Osterley to meet up with other Breeze groups

Most of the route is on quiet roads, canal towpaths or traffic-free routes through parks.

We'll have a drink and a snack at Osterley in the Stables cafe of this wonderful National Trust property. You don't need to be a NT member to use the cafe. The scones are great, or you may prefer a warming bowl of soup.

Bring water, a bike lock and money for the cafe. No special gear is needed, just a working bike. You have the option of taking the train home if you get tired, so you might like to bring an Oyster card.
