A ride through parks, gardens and some potentially busy thoroughfares in Central London.
We'll cycle through Belgravia, Hyde park and Marylebone to reach Paddington. We'll have a look around Paddington basin and Little Venice before a coffee stop next to the Canal.
We'll continue via Paddington back to Hyde park.
We'll aim to cycle back to Catford, but plans may change depending on the weather. We may decide to curtail the ride and return by train from central London. The full ride is approximately 21 miles.
