This ride is aimed specifically at those who are fairly new to cycling or have not ridden for a long time but all are welcome. The route takes us along quiet roads and along the Waterlink Way which is mainly traffic-free and flat. We will have coffee at the Good Hope cafe in Ladywell Fields.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order with tyres pumped up. Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a drink, a spare inner tube for your bike, and a card for refreshments.

This route is a flat route following the Waterlink Way as far as Ladywell Fields. It is ideal for people just starting out on a bike or who haven't ridden for a while.

Most of the route is traffic free through parks, on cycle paths and quiet roads.

There will be a coffee stop in Ladywell before returning by the same route.

Come appropriately dressed for the weather. Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up. Bring a drink and money/card for refreshments. A helmet is always recommended.

We especially welcome newbies!
