A new route much of which will be familiar to regular riders, riding via Downe to the Shampan. We then ride along Grays Road, around the Nower to Main Road through Knockholt, stopping for coffee at Coolings Lifestyle. We then return to Hayes via Halstead, the cycle path on the A21, Locksbottom and Farnborough Park. There are hills but nothing very challenging.
Please bring a sturdy lock as we will leave our bikes outside at Coolings. Also bring a drink, a card to buy refreshments, and a spare inner tube for your bike.
