Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

This is going to be a leisurely ride. I estimate it will take as 1.5 to 2.0 hours to get there. We'll spend at least an hour then and it will take the same to get back. We hope to be back in Rickmansworth by 5:30pm.

This ride is to see the Harpenden Classic Car Show. This is an annual event that takes place on Harpenden Common.

We will be doing most of this on the Sustrans Route. I think riding a hybrid will be more comfortable but at this time of the year the surface should be OK for road bikes.

We'll grab a drink and a snack at the show but please feel free to bring your own snacks.

Please wear a helmet and ensure you bring a spare innertube along with you
