Starting from - Outside Panagua Bikes in Hayes. There is plenty of free parking in surrounding streets. Hayes Station is nearby and Bromley South is also fairly close. BR2 7LD

A special ride to Downe, with lunch at Nico's Cafe at Holwood Farm.
If you are a fairweather rider and would like to join us for lunch without doing the ride you will be welcome at Holwood Farm around 1200. Please let me know on 07940 320501.
We will ride the usual route to Downe riding up through Keston, then down Shire Lane and up High Elms Road. This is not a long route but there are some hills.
Make sure your bike is in good working order, bring a spare inner tube and dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a drink and card/cash for refreshments.
