This is a lovely route, starting in the car park at the Hayes Lane side of Norman Park, the route takes us up through Keston, then a circuit coming back through Downe, with a coffee stop on the way back. Mostly quiet roads, with one fairly busy section, and some hills - not steep but quite long. Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather, bring water, maybe a snack, a spare inner tube and money for coffee. The route is https://ridewithgps.com/routes/9694830
