Breeze to Canary Wharf

This ride is mostly on traffic free or segregated bike paths with occasional sharing of normally quiet roads.
A lovely steady ride to Canary Wharf via the Silvertown tunnel.
We'll cycle to north Greenwich using the Inland route and cross the river on the bike bus. We'll make a circuit of Canary wharf, checking out art installations like the traffic light tree and the Whale on the Wharf before stopping for refreshments at a new (to us) café overlooking the water.
Our preferred return route would be along the Thames path to Island gardens but as the chances of both foot tunnel lifts working are as rare as hens' teeth, we'll probably loop round back to the bike bus and return along the Thames path on the south side .
