Breeze to Cafe @ Lock 81 #WeAreFive

A six mile circular ride to the Cafe @ Lock 81 & back. Totally off-road & traffic free - so perfect for women who want a gentle cycle along the Ebury Way and canal tow path, with a really friendly, welcoming group, and a great cake and sarni stop! : ) First timers are very welcome & this would be a great first ride for you! : ) Mums are also very welcome to bring your children, if you think they can cope with the distance. I've seen 7 year olds do this on single speed bikes (i.e. bikes with no gears) so I think most children of 7+ who are confident riders can complete this route. Or feel free to bring your child on your bike in a child seat or on a tag-along! : ) At Lock 81 we'll stop at the Cafe @ Lock 81 where both the sausage sarnis & the cake are really good!
