A challenging ride to Henley on Thames. This ride is going to be like a sportif - we will ride non stop until lunch. We will regroup along the way.

This will be quite a hilly ride and the pace will be 11-13 mph average hence it is road bikes only.

A fantastic training ride for anyone planning to do RideLondon.

This is a logner and faster paced ride. It is important that you are able to maintain a reasonable pace for the duration. We will not leave anyone behind and will regroup at junctions. The aim is to help you train for longer rides so we will not be making many stops. If you are unsure as to whether this ride is suitable for you please give me a call so we can discuss.
