Starting from - We meet by the bicycle racks outside Marks & Spencer on Rickmansworth High Street. There is free car parking after 6pm in the car park AFTER M&S. Please don't park in M&S as they close the gates when the store closes and you are also likely to get a ticket.

Helmets are compulsory on my rides. Please also check your bike is roadworthy before leaving to join us this includes making sure that your tyres are adequately inflated. Also bring with you at least one spare inner tube, a pump and any tools you will need in case of a puncture. If it is an evening ride then please bring lights and check beforehand that they are fully charged.
