UB10 9NR

- We will cycle on quiet roads to Little Britain Lake, then on tracks and cycle paths to Langley Park, where we will have coffee/lunch (you can bring your own if you wish).
- It is a fairly flat route and we will ride at the pace of the slowest rider and always wait so that no one is left behind. As a lot of the route is on tracks it’s not really suitable for road bikes with skinny tyres. A hybrid would be ideal.
- Please bring the usual (pump, inner tubes, etc). I would prefer you to wear a helmet for your safety. We will sit outside with the bikes so you don’t need a lock.
- You can take your bike anywhere on the Metropolitan Line any time at the weekends https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/cycling/cycles-on-public-transport
- If you are driving to the start there is free parking on many residential roads off Long Lane e.g. Richmond Avenue UB10 9BH (Easier to park at the east end of the road near the Windsor Avenue end, then come along the cycle path beside the A40 to the tube station).
- If you have any questions don’t hesitate to send me a message via the “message ride creator” button, with your phone number, and I will reply via whatsapp (you need to be logged in to the let’s ride website to see the button).
