Breeze on the Met Line: Hillingdon to Black Park

- We will cycle through Uxbridge, then on fairly quiet roads to Iver Heath, past Pinewood Studios to Black Park to the San Remo cafe, via this route https://ridewithgps.com/routes/44630588
We will come back a similar way.
- We will ride at the pace of the slowest rider and always wait so that no one is left behind.
- Please bring the usual (pump, inner tubes, perhaps a light café bike lock, etc). I would prefer you to wear a helmet for your safety.
- Please check your bike thoroughly before you come. Check your brakes are working well, your gears are smooth and your tyres are in good condition and pumped up.
- You can take your bike anywhere on the Metropolitan Line anytime off-peak (peak hours are Mon-Fri 7:30-9:30 and 16:00-19:00). See https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/cycling/cycles-on-public-transport
- If you are driving to the start there is free parking on many residential roads off Long Lane e.g. Richmond Avenue UB10 9BH (Easier to park at the east end of the road near the Windsor Avenue end, then come along the cycle path beside the A40 to the tube station).
