An introduction to mountain biking and forest bathing to mark World Mental Health Awareness Day
Off road tracks and trails - blue and possibly some red routes
We will be stopping en route to admire the ecology and foraging opportunity within the forest. Depending on the weather we will either eat outside or use the Visitor centre outreach room
Helmets are always recommended as are clothing suitable for the weather forecast, good gloves and longer trousers or socks to prevent midges,stings and thorny encounters. As per Covid guidance we ask that you bring your own repair equipment such as pumps, inner tube and tyre levers as well as water bottles and snacks. We aim not share equipment, but if necessary we carry masks, gloves and sanitiser.
