From Panagua Bikes we will ride towards Keston, down Fox Lane and then uup Nash Lane following a familiar route past the White Bear and Chelsham Church turning off along Ledgers and up Washpond returning down Skid Hill, Layhams and Nash stopping at Katie's Kitchen in Hayes.
The route is on country lanes with some challenging hills, but these will warm you up in the current cold weather.
Come suitable dressed for the weather. Bring a drink, a spare inner tube and a pump, and a lock.
