Breeze into Christmas

Starting in Durham in Millenium Square, we will follow cycle ways via Newton Hall and then back roads to Plawsworth. From here we will follow the A167 cycleway back to Durham via Brasside and Frankland Farm to Durham.

In order for the ride to leave promptly, please be punctual so we can carry out bike checks, etc. prior to us setting off. Please check your bike is in good working condition before the day and bring a spare inner tube to fit your tyres.

Whilst our riding, and as it'll be Christmas, if you're feeling charitable we can make donations to raise funds for St. Cuthbert's Hospice a charity close to our Breezy hearts.

A figure of eight loop to Plawsworth and back

We'll be riding mainly on paved/tarmac surface, mainly cycle paths, so this will suit any bike.

We with either stop for coffee half way around or at the end of the ride depending on the weather?

As this is a Christmas ride, please feel free to dress in costume, incorporate a helmet and warm layers and please also ensure your jingle bells don’t interfere with your bike movement!
