Starting from - Railway station ( Prestwick town side ) there are bike racks and toilet facilities nearby aswell as parking for anyone coming by car .
Train from Ayr is an option .
935 train from Ayr gets in at 942
1005 train from Ayr gets in at 1012.
Ideally we want to leave by 1000 but can be doing bike checks before we set off if anyone on the later train.

Starting from Prestwick railway station we will ride on the cycle route towards Troon ,cutting across to Monkton , Symington and Kerrix road downhill back to Prestwick.
Some of this route will be on quiet roads and there are a few hills but we are rewarded with a lovely downhill and gorgeous views on the route too .
