About the route
This is a steady ride of no more than 10 miles using Stevenage cycle tracks for ladies who want to get a few more miles in at a slightly faster pace
We advise that as a minimum you bring a spare inner tube with you that fits the tyres on your bike. Also bring some cash for refreshments at the end of the ride.
