Starting from - Meet in the car park at Hertford Town football club. The turning is off the junction between West Street and Horns Lane on the bend and has a signpost for the Cole Green Way. If you are parking, please don't block any entrances or exits. SG13 8EZ

An off-road cycle path short beginner ride using Cole Green Way. Perfect for beginners.
Practically the whole route is off-road so you won't need to worry about any traffic. The Cole Green Way is a shared-use path and suitable for mountain bikes and hybrids with chunkier tyres.
We will have a cafe stop half way in Birch Green.
Please bring your helmet, wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and bring a spare inner tube, your tyre repair kit, and pump. Please make sure your tyres are pumped up hard before you come along and your brakes are in working order as there is no bike shop by the start point. You will need your phone, card/cash for cafe, and your virus kit (gel/wipes). A bike lock is useful.
