A mainly traffic free ride using cycle tracks, a few bridleways and some bits of quiet country lanes. If it is wet we will reroute the ride to avoid any muddy sections. We will be calling into the Aston Pop up cafe for refreshments at their Macmillan coffee morning so please bring some cash to make a donation to them.
