We will cycle down the Taff trail, round the roads near the International Sports Village and over Pont y Werin, through Penarth Marina and over the barrage. Back through Cardiff Bay and back up the Taff Trail to Pedal Power where there will be an optional cafe stop.

This route is mainly traffic free with a few short sections on quiet roads.
