Breeze Amersham - early morning beat the heat, see the sunflowers + coffee stop

Starting from Amersham, we will cycle on mainly quiet country roads towards Cholesbury and will go to look at the sunflowers which are near Champneys. We will have a quick coffee stop at Chiltern Velo before returning via the Lee, South Heath and Hyde Heath. There will be two groups leaving from Amersham and we will be going together and there will be 8 places overall. Please arrive promptly - we know this is an early start but it is going to be a very hot day and we want to get back by 10.30am at the latest. Please make sure you bring at least one bottle of water with you for this ride.

Helmet
Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
Appropriate clothing for the weather + apply suncream.
Some money/card for our coffee stop.
