Breeze along the canal to Caerleon

Join me on a lovely easy ride from Cwmbran to Caerleon. The route takes us along the canal path to Newport where we will pick up the cycle route into Caerleon. There are very short sections on the road but they are clearly marked cycle routes and not very busy so ideal for new riders or children if you want to bring your families along. We will stop for a cuppa and maybe some cake in a coffee shop in Caerleon before heading back along the route to Cwmbran. There are some slight hills on the way back up to Cwmbran but they are not challenging, Just make sure you bring your helmets, check your bikes over before you leave the house, pump up your tyres and we are good to go. See you at Cwmbran Stadium where we will meet on the gravel carpark to the left of the entrance at 10am.
