A mostly traffic free route following the canal path with some short sharp hills leading up to Cwmcarn Forest drive.

We will start the ride from Wickes car park promptly at 10, cycling along the canal path up to 14 Locks visitors centre. If you prefer to start at 14 Locks visitor centre NP10 9GN at 10.30 please message me. This route continues up to Cwmcarn Forest drive following the canal.

Mostly traffic free canal paths with some short stretches on quiet roads.

We will stop for refreshments at Cwmcarn Forest drive visitor centre.

Please remember your helmets, bike locks and means to mend a puncture. We will stop at the visitors centre for refreshments.
