A route from Bourne Bridge south through Belstead, Higham, and Dedham before a stop at Cafe Rio in Manningtree (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Sutton, Holbrook and Erwarton.

Roads generally rural and quiet.

Expected pace 14 / 15 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and a pump (or alternative) for punctures, should they occur. Multi-tool also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given when ever possible.

Riders should carry a bike bottle for hydration during the ride and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
