Summer route from Bourne Bridge (Wherstead Road) to Dovercourt via Tattingstone, Mistley, and Wrabness before a stop at The Rainbow Cafe close to the seafront at Dovercourt (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Roads generally quiet and rural.

Expected pace 14-15 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and a pump (or suitable alternative) for puncture repair if you're unlucky. A multi tool is also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given wherever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration during the ride and interim re-fueling snacks at the rider's discretion.
