Starting point

Suffolk
IP2 8NH

A route west from Bourne Bridge for a circular route (part of the Gayford Flyer by Hadleigh CC) but commencing at Copdock and passing through Higham, Stoke-by-Nayland, and Polstead before a cafe stop at The Fork Kitchen & Deli in Hadleigh (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Returning via Chattisham and Belstead.

Roads and lanes are rural and generally quiet.

Expected pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and a pump (or alternative) for punctures should you be unlucky. Multi-tool also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given wherever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration whilst riding, and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
