From Bourn we head east to Caldecote then north to Knapwell. Soon we change to the west and pass Elsworth, Hilton and Graveley. Now south through Toseland, Croxton to Abbotsley Road. Finally east to Great Gransden, Caxton and our starting place Bourn. 28 miles.

Here is an undulating ride with a mixture of descents and climbs around the Cambridgeshire countryside. Many small villages will be passed but no major towns. Challenging rating due to very short sections of A road crossings.

A mixture of quiet country lanes and some B roads. There are two very short crossings on A roads.

No major stops planned during the ride. Our stop will be at the cafe at Bourn on conclusion of the ride.

Please wear your helmet and bright cycling clothing. Working lights preferably. Bring puncture repair kit and basic toolkit. Bring drink/water.
