We will follow part of the Ilkley triathlon route to start. Meet at the Lido and cycle back towards Ben Rhydding, turning off and up Carter lane to Middleton. The route descends into Ilkley where we turn off to Nesfield and on to Bolton Abbey. Return via the same route.

Join Sarah, Nicola and Sarah who are practising part of the cycle route in preparation for the Ilkley Triathlon.
