Starting at Upton Park free car park, this ride is a mix of road (including b roads) and offroad, fairly flat, going to Bird Hills golf centre on the Drift Road near Holyport, which had a restaurant/bar selling a variety of refreshments, from cooked meals to snacks, but possibly not cakes.
Planned route out is Jubilee river, Bray, Holyport and Paley Street. Planned route back is Drift road, Fifield, Clewer and Eton.
Estimate about 20 miles and about 270 feet of ascent.
The route may vary if circumstances dictate.
Please bring a serviceable bike, helmet, a drink, spare inner tube(s), appropriate clothing and money/card if you want to buy refreshments.
I've called it steady, but we will be relaxed, and never leave anyone behind.
