A challenging route from Bingley, through Keighley and Silsden which will be the first of the undulations. From there we head for Bolton Abbey via Addingham and then Burnsall where we will stop for lunch - hopefully around 1pm. After a leisurely lunch we will head out of Burnsall, through Threshfield, Kilnsey and Connistone. Total riding time should be around 3 to 3.5 hours.

A challenging 3 cake ride to The Hostel in Kettlewell - initially only open to those going on the hostel weekend.

Some busier roads but shouldn't be too bad during the day, before we get to quieter country lanes

The plan is for a leisurely lunch stop at the Riverside Cafe in Burnsall. This will be over half way into the ride and the worst of the hill will have been climbed by then.

Helmets, lights, waterproofs depending on the forecast, a drink and a snack or 2
