Join Judy and Liz for a slow paced ride to allow for plenty of chat along the canal tow path to Low Wood Nature reserve and back.

A ride for beginners and new members to come along and say hello!

Canal Tow Path

We will return to the Five Locks Café for coffee and cake.

Wear suitable clothing for the weather. It will be a slow paced ride so wear warm layers. Bring water proofs too, just in case. Please wear a helmet, bring money for the café and if you have one a lock too.
