Beginners ride around Harrow

Short ride, we'll be riding through the local streets which lead us to Harrow Rec

If you are hiring a bike please arrive early for a bike fitting.

If bringing your own bike, please ensure that the wheels and pedals turn freely, the brakes work, and the tyres are pumped up. We cannot fix your bike for you, so please ensure it is in full working order. If you would like an earlier or later start time let me know via a message and this may be arranged.

This will be an easy, quiet ride for people new to road cycling, who would like to gain confidence and practise their skills.

We can have a short stop at the cafe in Harrow Rec.

We prefer you to wear a helmet/cycling gloves; no other special gear is needed. Please ensure that you wear comfortable but not too baggy trousers so as not to get caught in the bike. In cold weather, please wear gloves suitable for cycling and a rain coat.
