Starting on the White Bridge, in the middle of Gadebridge Park.
There is a free car park, but beware of the height barrier at the entrance. There are toilets nearby.
Electric bikes are welcome on this ride, HP1 1DN

This Hemel Mellow Yellows & Graceful Greens ride is open for anyone to join

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

This is a gentle 4 mile ride for beginners. Starting in Gadebridge Park which is completely traffic free, this is a good place to practise gears, inclines and descents etc before going onto a quiet country Lane. If the weather permits we could pause at the outdoor cafe for a light refreshment.
Please remember to bring with you
Two spare inner tubes that fit your bike do not worry if you do not know how to change them
A spanner that fits your wheel hubs if you do not have quick release wheels.
A bottle of water
We prefer you to wear a helmet, though this is not compulsory
So money for your refreshments.
