THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS .This will just be a 16 mile circular but hilly route in training for our next Sportive 'Ladies of the Lake'. We will head out to Pocklington and down Burnby Lane to Burnby. Here we turn right and take the long ascent up to the top of Lime Pit Hill before descending the steep 'Totterdown Hill into Nunburnholme taking a right turn and back to Pocklington along Kilnwick Rd and on to Barmby Moor via the cycle track

LIGHTS AND HIG VIS ARE ESSENTIAL as it may be dusk as we head back. A helmet is advisable. Please ensure your bike is in good working order and tyres are fully inflated.

Look forward to seeing you there
