Starting from - Starting near the Click & Collect point Tesco, Leyland. Please arrive 10 mins before the start time for a bike check and pre ride briefing. Parking at Tesco is no longer free and can be pre-booked using the Your Parking Space app. Free parking may still be available at the adjacent Leisure Centre and the SRBC offices long stay car park. We'll leave Leyland and head out to Heapey and onto Rivington returning via Charnock Richard and Eccleston.
The intention is to take lunch at Rivington Village Tea Rooms which is after some 12 miles.
Total mileage is some 30 miles with 1500 feet of climbing. Average speed will be 10-12mph.
Helmets are required and please be self sufficient in the event of any roadside repairs.
