Antrobus Cyclists–Lymm Damm and Dunham Barn

Having left the Loaf, we travel out of Antrobus towards High Legh, crossing the A50 and following the road into Lymm centre. We follow the canal through a tiny track then on roads out to Agden and then at Little Bollington head past the “Swan” towards Dunham town and the Barn for our lunch.

After lunch, once we’ve crossed the motorway, the route home is parallel with Chester Road, through Mere to Over Tabley and back skirting Pickmere using Frog Lane, Park Lane and Westage Lane. We pass the Ice Cream Farm and head back
on Knutsford Road towards Antrobus.

The ride is on a mixture of cycle paths, quiet country lanes, and some busier roads.

We will ride at an easy pace of about 10-11mph with short stops along the route, and will make sure that no one is left behind.

You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump, spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and a lock. Please bring money for coffee breaks and lunch, or your own drinks and snacks, if required
