Another ELR explorer. Accrington to Ramsbottom,

Leave Accrington on the old Bash railway line up to Haslingden.
Here we pick up the newish Cycle infrastructure travelling through the beautiful Snig hole park at Helmshore all the way to Stubbin.
From here is half a mile to the Station and the park.

Another new explorer route. This time we use disused vintage railway lines, National cycle route 6 and the new sustrans cycle infrastructure at Helmshore. We will also experience some of the Irwell sculpture trail.

This is mainly an off road, cycle path route, we will have to use B roads for approximately 1 milke to join up the paths

Once we have visited the East Lancs Railway station we can nip to the ever great Nuttal park Ramsbottom where the cafe will be open.
