Amersham Breeze - autumn mountain bike cycle

Starting from Amersham, we will cycle on mainly tracks and trails on a circular route via Flaunden. It will be cold but sunny and we will make the most of seeing the autumn colours on our ride.

Before you come out (preferably the day before) check that your bike is in good working order.

Checklist of things to bring:
Helmet

Front and rear lights
2 tubes
Rainwear/gilet - weather dependent (worn or in your pocket/bike bag)
Water bottle
