Amersham Breeze - off road in the sunshine

Starting from Amersham, we will cycle on a mix of road and tracks through the woods. It's forecast to be a lovely sunny day; wrap up warm - it will be chilly but we will have lots of fun and warm up as we get cycling. We won't stop during the ride for a coffee but can visit a cafe at the end of the ride.

We will be going through woods so there may be brambles and nettles - please wear suitable cycle clothing. Please bring lights as it can be dark under the trees.

Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
Front and bike lights - essential
Padlock
- Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools.
- A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
