If you’re fairly confident on your bike and ready to broaden your cycling horizons, our Steady rides are ideal. At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour. All the 3s. You get 3 parks, 3 boroughs, 3 bridges and 3 types of terrain under your wheels on one ride! We cycle along parts of the Irwell Sculpture Trail and the National Cycle Network Route 6. We pedal through Drinkwater Park, Clifton Park and Livia, riding past sculptures and the ancient monuments of Ringley. Please be aware that bikes with wider tyres are most suited for this great circular ride
